Classes start in FEBRUARY & SEPTEMBER
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
An appropriate National Certificate: N3 or, -National Senior Certificate with at least 33.3% in Mathematics/Mathematical Literacy & English or, Grade 10, 11 or 12 plus FLC OR Abet Level 4 plus FLC, An equivalent qualification.
WHAT IS FLC?
FLC stands for FOUNDATION LEARNING COMPETENCE in Maths Literacy & English (Communication). Its purpose is to remove barriers to learning progress in occupational pathways and skills at Levels 3 to 4. FLC can be done by anyone who does not have a Matric as required. THE FLC can be done at the College (through IEB) for an extra fee but the duration of the course will be extended by a further 4 months.
